How to Refresh Your Roster
1. Go to Classes > Add or Import
From your teacher dashboard, open the Classes tab and click + Add or Import.
2. Choose your import source
Select the correct integration for your school or district:
Import from Google
Import from Clever
Import from ClassLink
3. Complete the import
Once selected, Edia will immediately pull in your most up-to-date roster—fixing missing students, removing students no longer in the class, and syncing any recent changes.
How Automatic Syncing Works
Edia syncs with your connected platform every 24 hours, but using this manual import triggers an instant update; perfect when changes are urgent or recently made.
