📅 SART Meetings & Case Management
Reschedule SART Meetings Staff can now reschedule SART/SARB meetings directly from the calendar view instead of canceling and recreating them. Meeting history and notification chains are preserved when a meeting moves.
RSVP Status at a Glance Meeting RSVP statuses (accepted, pending, declined) now display with color-coded icons on both the calendar and cases list, along with count summaries. Staff can instantly see who has confirmed and follow up on non-responders without opening each meeting individually.
Case Notes Notes can now be added and viewed directly on SART case detail pages, creating a running log of actions and observations. Any team member can pick up a case and see its full history in one place.
Meeting Status Derived Automatically Meeting status (scheduled, completed, no-show) is now calculated automatically based on attendance and timing. Manual updates are no longer required.
Case Type Column The SART cases list now includes a Type column (SART vs. SARB), making it easier to distinguish case tiers when scanning a long list of active cases.
Staff Availability Management Staff can now set recurring availability windows for SART meetings, which feeds directly into the auto-scheduling system. The system can then automatically find open slots that work for all required attendees.
Show Attendees When Creating Meetings The meeting creation modal now displays who will be invited before you confirm, so you can verify the right people are included before the invite goes out.
SART Calendar Permissions Calendar and meeting visibility now respects school-level permissions. Staff only see meetings and cases for schools they have access to—important for data privacy in multi-school districts.
SART Actions in Automation Log When an automation triggers a SART-related action (such as sending a SART letter or scheduling a meeting), that action now appears in the automation activity log for full transparency and auditability.
🤖 AI & Automations
Automated Message Translation Automated threshold-triggered messages—SMS, emails, and SART/SARB letters—are now automatically translated into a parent's preferred language when one has been detected from prior conversations.
Automation Label Fixes Time-window labels on automation rules now display correctly across all views, making rules easier to read and configure.
📊 Academics & Benchmarks
Benchmark Roster View (Preview) This release lays the groundwork for a per-student benchmark results view where staff can see NWEA MAP, iReady, STAR, and other vendor scores broken down by strand—with the ability to create interventions directly from the data.
North Carolina Standards Alignment Edia's math content is now tagged to North Carolina state standards. NC districts can see how student progress maps to their specific state standards rather than only Common Core.
Additional Benchmark Configurations Extended benchmark assignment mappings are now available for more states and grade levels, allowing more districts to connect their assessments to targeted Edia practice paths.
🛡️ Interventions
Improved Intervention Feature Gating Intervention features—including goals, progress monitoring, and intervention creation from student profiles—now only appear for districts and schools where they are enabled. Staff see only the tools their district has activated.
📱 Student Experience
Beliefs Survey Reset Student dismissals of the beliefs survey now reset at the appropriate intervals, allowing the survey to resurface over time so Edia can continue collecting student mindset data.
🔧 Data & Integrations
Configurable Attendance CSV Export Districts can now customize which columns appear in their attendance data exports, reorder them via drag-and-drop, and choose from multiple date formats (ISO, US, compact). Exports can be configured to match the format your other systems require.
SFTP Contact Email Import Districts using SFTP-based integrations can now include an optional contact email file to import parent/guardian email addresses alongside phone numbers, opening the door to email-based outreach for districts that previously could only reach families by text.
Improved Name Formatting Student and contact names synced from SIS systems are now automatically normalized to proper casing (e.g., "JOHN SMITH" → "John Smith") across the dashboard and in all parent-facing communications.
Skyward Qmlativ: Improved Section Mapping Section matching now uses Skyward's dedicated API for more reliable class and homeroom mapping, reducing sync errors for Skyward districts.
Aeries: Homeroom Period Auto-Registration When a homeroom attendance period is missing from the bell schedule, Edia now automatically registers it rather than skipping the sync, preventing missed attendance records for Aeries districts with non-standard bell schedule configurations.
OneRoster Token Refresh Fix Bearer tokens are now correctly refreshed on retried API requests, preventing intermittent sync failures for districts using OneRoster-based SIS platforms.
Intervention Data in Analytics Pipeline Intervention data—including plans, check-ins, and staff assignments—is now extracted and rolled up into the analytics data warehouse, setting the foundation for district-wide intervention effectiveness reporting.
🎓 Content Updates
May 14 Content Release New and updated math problems are now available across multiple grade bands: K–2 counting and operations, 3–5 integers, pre-algebra, algebra, statistics, and data representation. This release also includes improvements to answer interaction types, including histogram select, connect activities, drag-and-drop, and multiple choice fill.
