Edia provides flexible tools to help you organize your assignments in a way that fits your curriculum, teaching style, and collaboration needs. Whether you're creating folders, sharing materials with colleagues, or managing district content, Edia makes it simple to keep everything neat and accessible.
Creating and Sharing Folders
Folders help you organize assignments by topic, unit, grading period, teacher team, or any system that works for your classroom.
How to Create and Share a Folder
1. Open your folder list
From your Edia homepage, look at the left-hand side of the screen to view your folders.
2. Create a new folder
Click “New”, then enter a title.
3. Share the folder
Inside the newly created folder, click “Share” in the top-right corner.
You can:
Select teachers from the suggested list
Type in email addresses manually
Close the sharing window once your collaborators are added.
Adding Items to the Folder
Click “Add”
Choose to create a new Practice/Quiz or select an item from Recent Items or another folder
Use the checkbox to select the item
Click “Move” to add it to the shared folder
Once shared, all teachers with access can view and copy the materials for use in their own classes.
