Reporting a Problem with a Question
1. Open the assignment and enter Student Preview mode
This lets you view the question exactly as students see it.
2. Navigate to the problematic question
Scroll or move through the assignment until you reach the issue.
3. Submit an answer
For Practices, entering an answer correctly, or incorrectly twice allows you to advance to the reporting option.
For Quizzes, scroll to the bottom and press Submit.
4. Click “Report Issue”
This button appears in the same place on all questions.
5. Submit a brief explanation
Include details such as:
Incorrect answer or key
Unclear wording
Glitch or formatting problem
Something not loading or displaying
The more detail you provide, the faster the team can investigate.
